I am here to offer you support in opening most fully to your inner wisdom and vitality; to empower you in living with an open Heart and in alignment with your deepest truths.

I am trained in Somatic Experiencing which is a framework for relational support that centers the innate intelligence of our body and nervous system and is non-pathologizing, empowerment-based, and trauma-aware. I work primarily through a somatic and psycho-spiritual lens that honors the totality of our being as energy-body-mind-heart-soul-spirit.

To guide our work together we will rely on two primary Teachers - the Earth and the Body (as an individuated expression of Earth) - each rippling with wisdom that can be realized with deep listening.
