A three month container including:

• 12 weekly 1hr one-on-one sessions (virtual or in person)

• an opening intention setting ceremony and a closing ceremony

• one guided earth medicine journey (overnight stay recommended)

• one integration immersion in Nature

• a sound package including a playlist and several guided somatic meditations

• open Marco Polo channel for spontaneous communication
